Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer FREE shipping for those within the Unites States of America. International orders will have to cover shipping fees according to the check-out process.

Q: How long till my package arrives?

A: Orders within the United States can expect their package to arrive within 3-5 business days. International packages may vary based on location and the country's customs, averaging 7-14 business days. 

Q: Can products be returned?

A: Refunds are accepted within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received your original order. 

Q: Do you accept exchanges?

A: An exchange is accepted only if the jewelry arrives damaged. You may also request a refund for any damaged good(s).

Q: How do I return or exchange my jewelry?

A: Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information. We will make it as pain-free as possible!

Q: What metals are being used in your jewelry?

A: You'll find ALL of our jewelry to be sterling silver (.925) or stainless steel. Some jewelry pieces may have plating (such as rose gold plating) depending on the product. Please note that our product's description will list the metal/plating on any selected jewelry.

Q: Can I wear your jewelry if I am hypoallergenic?

A: We are proud to be a brand that avoids metals such as nickel and zinc. Not only is this perfect for those sensitive to these metals but also ensures our jewelry is of higher-quality and durability.

Q: Will this jewelry tarnish?

A: Jewelry that is incorrectly cared for, may tarnish with time. This is caused by any metal, including gold and silver, that comes into contact with moisture, oils, acids and air. However, even if proper care is ignored, our stainless steel (no precious silvers) jewelry will last years before they begin to tarnish.
